Biscoe Consulting was founded in 2025 with a clear vision — to help organisations solve complex business challenges through trusted Management Consulting and Finance Consulting services, while also investing in the growth and development of current and future leaders.
Founded by Gabriel Mustafa, the firm's story is grounded in resilience, ambition, and purpose. Gabriel's journey from humble beginnings to becoming a Partner in a global Big 4 Accounting Firm reflects the values that continue to shape Biscoe Consulting today — integrity, excellence, people-first leadership, and meaningful impact.
Drawing on decades of experience across the public, private, and corporate sectors, Biscoe Consulting was established to support clients in Australia and internationally with practical advice, strategic insight, and sustainable outcomes.
